In August, we are celebrating our 30th Anniversary by bringing back some of our customers' all-time favorite dishes at throwback prices. We hope you'll join us during our month-long celebration!

Founded in 1996 by a group of close friends from France, La Provence began with a single location in Lake Oswego and a simple mission: to share the authentic, rustic flavors of their home villages. Today, while still locally owned and operated, we've grown into a beloved collection of bistros and bakeries across the Portland metro area and Southwest Washington, offering a daily escape to France.

While famous for our buttery croissants and artisan pastries, our bistro menu offers hearty, French-inspired soul food for every time of day:

• Breakfast & Brunch Favorites: Indulge in our West Coast Benedict with grilled salmon on a toasted croissant, or our Baked Eggs à la Française nestled in grilled hash browns with gruyère béchamel.

• Lunch Classics: Discover the new Parisien Jambon Ciabatta with truffled brie and pear, or our fan-favorite Monte Cristo dipped in egg batter and served with raspberry jam.

• Dinner & Savory Small Plates: Available at the Progress Ridge location, enjoy elegant entrées such as Petite Hazelnut Salmon with brown butter, Seafood Champagne Risotto, Pacific Bouillabaisse, and our signature French Onion Soup topped with loads of melted cheese.

From Our Farm to Your Table

Our commitment to quality starts at the root. We operate our own pesticide-free farm in Canby, Oregon, where we grow the seasonal herbs and vegetables that anchor our scratch-made recipes.
